3 Month 1:1 Business Coaching

Terms & Conditions: 3-Month 1:1 Mentorship Program

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Details

  • This mentorship includes 9 coaching sessions (via Zoom or in-person), weekday messenger support (Mon–Fri, 10am–2pm), a done-for-you content bundle, and systems support.

  • All sessions must be used within the 3-month mentorship period from the date of your first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance using the booking system provided.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hours' notice is required.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation or completion of the program.

  • No refunds are provided once the program has started.

4. Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own progress, results, and implementation. This program is designed to support and guide you, but your outcomes depend on your own effort and commitment.

  • Open and respectful communication is expected throughout the mentorship.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (including content templates, captions, and business resources) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

6. Boundaries & Communication

  • Messenger support is available Monday–Friday, 10AM–2PM. Messages outside of these hours will be responded to within the next available window.

  • Support is intended for program-related questions and guidance, not emotional counselling or personal issues.

7. Disclaimer

  • This mentorship does not guarantee specific income results. While guidance is based on experience and proven methods, success varies based on individual effort and circumstances.

8. Confidentiality

  • All shared information during sessions is treated as confidential. I will never share your business plans or personal details without your consent.
